\begin{abstract}
It is argued that one of the real impacts of the new electronic archiving and
information and communication age is the application for administrations.
For the case of the German Science Ministery it is detailed what the 
advantages are, how to proceed technically and what results are to be expected.
This includes internal www-servers making extensive use of hyper-links,
restricted access-rights, linking to information stored in other administrations, and the 'customers', here the scientific groups.

Administrations, governments get more and more tasks, but the same or less
money to persue them. The percolation of electronical information and 
communication will not only save money but open new possibilities of 
more effective work.

Es wird durch die {ZeNFI Nordwest} ein www-Server
f\"ur das BMFT  eingerichtet, der 
durch Zugangs-adresse und Passwort nur den Beteiligten Institutionen 
des BMFT zug\"anglich ist. Auf ihm werden schrittweise Dienste eingerichtet,
erprobt und optimiert, und intern demonstriert.

und Erg\"anzung eingewiesen. Die Dienste werden im BMFT eingespeist 
und bedient.
