Conferences made easy!

Organizing an international conference can be a chore, but it doesn’t have to be! Our conference management service rConf will guide you through the whole process of organizing and running a conference, as well as creating sustainable documentation.

rConf supports you in creating the conference program and makes collection and review of submitted abstracts a snap. Registration handling and fee collection has never been easier!

rConf automatically generates a fully customizable web page for your conference where all abstracts, slides and proceedings may be referenced in a sustainable way.

rConf in a nutshell:

Administrators may:
  • open a conference,
  • define a program structure and edit it,
  • set deadlines and adjust them,
  • credit card or debit payment implemented (e.g. PayPal, S-Internetkasse or any other service provider),
  • invite speakers,
  • invite participants and administrate them,
  • check the payment flow,
  • accept abstracts, let them be reviewed, and add them to the program,
  • automatically create a "Book of Abstracts" (LaTeX based for further editing, PDF version for downloading)
  • accept slides and publications, let them be reviewed, and add them to the program,
  • post the program online on the Web, with a .pdf version for printing (and a LaTeX version for further editing),
  • print name tags (.pdf for print),
  • post participants list online,
  • export data in CSV format (for further processing with e.g. Excel) and as .pdf for print
  • administrate participants access
Participants and guests may:
  • read the conference Web pages,
  • register as a participant,
  • pay applicable fees (via e.g. PayPal or any other service provider),
  • hand in abstracts,
  • hand in slides and publications,
  • download the proceedings (the accessibility can be set by the administrator: public, participants only, speakers only, etc.)
rConf is extensible! We can add additional services to satisfy special requirements you may have.

As we provide each event with its own customized layout, offer personalized support, and provide the conference pages for a long period after the actual event, we incur costs that we try to cover with a fair pricing model:
establishment of the event: 250 EUR (including 30 participants),
each additional participant: 4.50 EUR.
We reserve the right for price adjustments. Valid prices are listed exclusively on the website of the Institute for Science Networking Oldenburg GmbH. Additional adjustments to your conference site will be charged at 65 EUR per hour (billed in blocks of 15 minutes and at actual cost). All prices plus VAT of 19%. Costs incurred by commissioning a payment service provider are not subject of a contract for the operation of the conference management system. They will be charged from the payment service provider to the conference organizer directly.
